Early check in and late check outs are dependant on the cleaners schedule and if there is a same day turn over. There will be a $75 fee to check in earlier or check out later. No notice late check outs will be subject to an additional $100 fee.

Smoking or Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house, and any violation will incur a $500 fine in addition to the cleaning fee. Should there be any lingering tobacco or cannabis smell after your departure, an extra smoke remediation cleaning fee will be applied.
Please note that the use of oil lamps and incense is not permitted due to the long-lasting odor they may leave behind. Failure to comply with these policies will result in an additional charge for excessive cleaning

$150 for the first one or two pets. For any additional pets please let me know, the fee is $50 per pet beyond two. This is a one-time fee.
Please be advised that any damages caused by pets (including pet waste behind left and excessive pet hair in bed sheets) or unauthorized pets may incur an additional charge of up to $500.

We do allow days guests over at the home, however 5 guests over the maximum allowed will incur a $200 fee to cover the additional guests and trash haul fee to leave room for other guests to use our trash bins
Per the city of Henderson and North Las Vegas code enforcement, all short term rentals are required to have front and backyard cameras. We also install a Ring Door bell for security measures as well.
Yes! We do allow stays longer for 2 weeks and if you were looking to rent for long term we have options for those as well
Our supplies are provided to last one week for every stay. In the event they run out or your stay is longer than one week, just reach out to the host (714) 654-8604
The pools and spas are cleaned twice a week (3 times during the summer). Due to unpredictable weather conditions, we provide a net to help clear any debri. If the pool and spa are still dirty, just contact the host and we can see if the pool cleaner can come sooner
We kindly ask that guests clean up after themselves and place all dirty towels in the laundry room. This is very much appreciated!
Please message the host with an image of the damaged/inoperable fixture and location and we will try to send over a handyman as soon as possible. Please be aware that for requests made after 7:00pm, we may not be able to have someone come out that same night and will need to wait until the next morning.
